The year didn't come in like a lamb but rather like a Lion (of Judah)! I've heard the prophecies of how this year is going to quite full and I have to admit it's starting out that way for sure. The deliverance sessions are picking up and that's good! At some point those that do not believe in deliverance will have to contend by the many testimonies of those disciples that are getting delivered from their demons. Not that I'm against any 'unbelieving' believers as I know it can be hard to change your way of thinking. I would like for as many people to get set free from the demons they have as possible.
Bob Larson came to Atlanta on Jan. 11-13. He did a public seminar on Friday but did private appointments on all three days. I often get the chance to sit with Bob during his private sessions so of course I do. I've learned a lot from this man and I've graduated from his International School of Exorcism and Advanced Academy of Deliverance. I believe he has done more deliverances than anybody else on the planet. So I try to learn as much from him as I can.
I'll also say this. Bob is a machine! Lol. He gets the job done most of the time (even the very experienced deliverance ministers don't get victory 100% of the time - but we are called to be persistent so sometimes we just have to keep trying and believing in the Ruach haKodesh/Holy Spirit). It's very interesting to watch him work as he handles his private appointments much different than he does his public sessions - due to time constraints of course.
During Bob's Friday night seminar there were over 100 people in attendance to the point where people had to stand. But I don't believe anybody was disappointed as after Bob was done the WWJD (What would Jesus Do) teams were there to continue ministering - consisting of the Liberation Freedom Ministry (LFM) team and ministers from Greenville, SC as well.
I'm thankful for each and every one of these ministers for being there. We ministered to everybody that needed ministering to - as much as we could do in the time that we had. Some people had to be restrained during their deliverance time, which happens at times, but nobody got hurt. The important thing is that many more people got set free and that Yeshua was glorified!
Sr. Pastor Donnie (LFM) and myself got to have a couple of sit down meals with Bob as we got his input on various topics. I'm thankful for him as he has much info to share. I know that Bob has been doing this publicly for 20 years at least (and even longer privately) and that many people have called him names I won't repeat (or can't even pronounce, lol) but he stuck to the Truth. So I believe many deliverance ministers today, whether they agree with Bob or not, are in some way indebted to him for helping make deliverance mainstream (or more mainstream anyway).
All in all it was a great weekend. It was great to see some known faces but it was even better to see that newer people are having their veils removed and are becoming open to the deliverance ministry. Praise Yeshua!
