I wanted to give a little more definition to my Sit with Yah (SwY) series as these are generic lessons that I want to share with my readers to help them (and myself) to realize, ponder, be in awe, etc., etc. on what Yeshua does at times. They differ than testimonials as testimonials are people expressing their experience in their own words.
As usual, I am yet again in awe of the deliverance that Yeshua does. It never gets old - to work with Him and watch Him set people free. Truly He is to be praised! I have a loose idea of what to do in many deliverance circumstances but to be honest there is no way I could explain the details in HOW the process works. I can't explain the supernatural as by definition that's what the supernatural is.
The reason I say this is because when thinking about this SwY series I had to consider do I share what can I explain explicitly through the bible OR can I write about the power of Yeshua without having a complete understanding. I, obviously, chose the latter. And I have to say I am humbled as I believe we will keep learning about Him forever. I'm not a biblical scholar but I do have faith. I know some people may be challenged with what I'm writing about but I ask you to open up your eyes of faith. Since He is no respecter of persons (Acts 10:34) I know that what He has done with me and others He'll do with you should you put in the faith, study, and efforts we have.
I also know this verse:
Pro 3:5 Trust in יהוה with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; 6 Know Him in all your ways, And He makes all your paths straight. 7 Do not be wise in your own eyes; Fear יהוה and turn away from evil.
Ok so with that intro lets review some recent happenings.
We had a couple come in. A pastor ministered to the wife and I ministered to the husband at the same time in a different room. The Ruach haKodesh/Holy Spirit showed both of them that they were being cursed by an ex-gf of the husband as well as his ex-wife. This obviously was a great testimony and they were amazed that this had happened. While they were a strong couple who were strong in their faith and dedication to Yeshua they had been having severe financial setbacks that were not proportionate to the amount of effort that they were putting in. Hmmm. That sounds like a curse to me. I'm sure we'll find out more as we go.
I had another lady that I was doing deliverance with. Her request was a little different but doable. She had the faith for this so that helped. Her husband was actually in a coma and she wanted prayer for him. Well . . . since I knew there was a soul-tie there we were able to pull up her husband and do deliverance with him. We had the husband do alot of prayer renunciations, forgive others, etc. and by the name of Yeshua we cast out the demons of fear, infirmity, and some others. I don't know if that means he'll be healed in the natural but I'm believing he will be healed. There are quite a number of variables so it's hard to say (e.g. Yeshua may give him the option of going to be Yeshua or staying on earth) and unless I'm VERY certain I'm getting a prophetic word in that matter I'll hold my tongue. Time will tell.
I had the honor of ministering of this young lady as well. She knew something was wrong. She was feeling rejection, anger, bitterness, hate . . . the usual suspects. Not that I'm downplaying her case but these type of demons are very common and affect many. So in talking to her about her oppression the Ruach haKodesh/Holy Spirit showed me a young man. I asked her if she had a possible man in her life that was significant in her life that met the description I gave her. While this may not always be the case as that person could have been a generational soul fragment in her case she knew right away so we didn't have to dig any further. So with that we were able to pull this young man up from her concious who also had the same feelings - so his feelings accentuated her own feelings which in turn strengthened the demons. I was able to facilitate some forgiveness between them and was able to case out the usual suspects from both of them, separately. Afterwards, she was elated and she felt an immediate release of the oppression. How cool is that? Praise Yah!

So again, I don't know how all of this works. I can find hints in Scripture but not everything is explained thoroughly in Scripture. I know many people will feel we are pulling up the dead like Saul did (1 Sam 28) but this isn't that. I can find some verses that can side with my position but it's just what you have faith in as we all know Scripture can be made to say what you want when not taken in context or as a whole. I just know the Ruach haKodesh will lead me into all Truth (John 16:13).
Isa 55:8 “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways,” declares יהוה .9 “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts.
