I believe everybody knows that in the world we are in times the world has never experienced - on a different scale. I believe that many that believe in the Bible believe this is the beginning of the end . . . the last days if you will. I believe that also. Now how long that process may take I don't know . . . 10 . . . 20 years . . . longer . . . less? I can't say. It doesn't really matter because any one of use could get a 'promotion' / pass away at any minute because we aren't promised tomorrow.
But I believe that many know that this Pesach / Passover is different. I've heard some of the prophetic voices (e.g. Chuck Pierce) say they've heard from Yah / God saying a new season is coming during this Pesach / Passover. I can say my 'spirit' agrees with that notion. Yah / God certainly has the world's attention.
Somebody sent this to me. I thought it summed up the current world circumstances pretty well so I want to share it with you.
I believe Yah / God is setting the stage. I believe often times He works within the confines of the human environment / condition. Sure He could snap His proverbial fingers but He often works through people, in our conditions, sometimes we understand immediately but not all the time. Sometimes we don't even realize His Hands on our life. The Creator of all that is who is strong enough to allow black holes and quasars but gentle enough to make snow flakes often works very gently with us (reference 1 Kings 19:11-12).
Yes, I believe Yah / God is setting the stage.
Hab 2:2 And יהוה answered me and said, “Write the vision and inscribe it on tablets, so that he who reads it runs. 3 “For the vision is yet for an appointed time, and it speaks of the end, and does not lie. If it lingers, wait for it, for it shall certainly come, it shall not delay. 4 “See, he whose being is not upright in him is puffed up. But the righteous one lives by his steadfastness.
I believe those that draw close to Him during this time are being strengthened. Think about this. When the 1st Pesach occurred in Exodus 12-14, two things occurred.
First, Yah / God executed judgement not only on those that resisted Him but also on all of the false gods of Egypt. I believe there is a great war in the Heavens even now. I believe the angels are responding to the prayers of the people who are calling out to Yah / God during this time of COVID-19/the Coronavirus.
Secondly, the people that came out of Egypt, the Jews and the mixed multitude, came out with a new identity and new purpose.
Charles Dickens wrote a book called 'A Tale of Two Cities'. I haven't read the book but a key quote from that book which opens with the line . . .
“It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness, it was the epoch of belief, it was the epoch of incredulity, …”
This is where we are at (yes I understand there has probably never been a time when this couldn't be said to be true - but it does seem more applicable - to me anyway). The point being is that we still have a choice to draw closer to Him or push Him away.
During this Pesach / Passover I encourage every disciple to draw closer to Yeshua / Jesus. Have faith and perseverance knowing He is preparing you for a time of blessings. You will come out stronger.
Pro 28:1 The wrong shall flee though no one pursues, But the righteous are as bold as a lion.
So I pray you enjoyed your Pesach / Passover and that you enjoyed His Presence during this 'moed' (a Hebrew word meaning appointed time - when He desires to meet with His people). He is in control and worth of Our Worship!
Rev 3:19 “As many as I love, I reprove and discipline. So be ardent and repent. 20 “See, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I shall come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me. 21 “To him who overcomes I shall give to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne. 22 “He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies.” ’ ”
He is setting the stage and He wants to do His exploits through YOU. Is that it is called it the book of Acts? ;-)
